The Account Menu – Billing – is another entry point to Patient Billing.

Back Office Receipting


Receipting (or Back Office Receipting) is normally used for payments not made at the time of consultation.

Receipting also allows for partial payment, or a single payment to be allocated over several invoiced items, and allows for various distributions of the payment amount.

Receipting–Step 1 – Find the Patient

Receipting–Step 2 – Find/Select the PatientAccount

see Account Enquiry regarding OpenInvoices, All Invoices and Account ledger for details.

Transfer Account button - Click Find Org Account button or Find Patient Accountbutton in order to fill in the data for transfer to field. Afterwards clicktransfer the account button to transfer account.

 

Can Inv Enquiry button - to inquire for any cancelled invoice of the patient.
