SAAS Web must be configured for your Practice prior to installing SAAS Cloud Desktop. You or your Practice System Administrator will be provided with a link for the latest release of SAAS Cloud Desktop. SAAS Cloud Desktop uses the same security configuration and the same Login and Password that has already been established for your Practice and for each SAAS Web user.

Note: You may have to be logged on to your computer as an administrator. If you have a Systems Administrator then please ask this person - otherwise send a Support Ticket and we will assist.
When you have downloaded the installation program from the provided link, click on or run this program. The installation procedure will run without prompts, and when completed, a Login screen similar to the one shown below will display.
The Login and Password must match you SAAS Web account The Client and Server Path details will be provided to you by SAAS Medical Support
When you have logged in it should all look familiar. All of your defaults and all data will be identical to SAAS Web. |
