Patient Claims - Delete Patient Claim - SAAS Desktop

Note: This guide refers to SAAS Cloud Desktop procedures, but the procedures are identical with the  SAAS Web procedures.



Patient Claims can only be deleted on the SAME DAY that the claim was lodged.

If you select the Same Day Delete option - and there are no Patient Claims "today" - then you will be presented with a "blank" list as shown below.

If there are a large number of Patient Claims for "today" - then use the sort and find options on the table columns to find the claim that you want to delete. The highlighted claim in the list is the one that you want to delete.



You must now select the Reason for Deletion from the drop-down list.

Now click on Confirm Delete this Patient Claim, then click on Yes at the prompt.

Now click on Start Transmission.  When completed - the Transmission Result should be Successful
